You pay out the butt for a very little piece of land and can’t get them to do ANYTHING for you!!! Lot fee is based on apartments in the area and not other manufacturers home sites in our area. Highest priced under this place is around $450 a month and they get free water/sewage and trash pick up. WAY OVER PRICED!!! Wish I never moved in this pit!!

When I called requesting for the name and address of the owner which the office is obligated to give by state law the women hung up on me then refused to answer the phone when I called back. The women at the office refuses to do their jobs and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I can't wait for my attorney to call me back!
It's the worst place to live!!! My parents have lived from when I was 2-3 years old and I'm now 19. Our rent use to be $375 and now it's at $500 just for lot!!! I do not recommend anyone to live here!!! Move out quick!!!!
