I'd prefer a more affordable way of living and better sense of security.
I’ve lived here now for about two years, and don’t have plans of moving in the next couple years I’ve never any issues with rodents or roaches, and maintenance always has addressed issues quickly and efficiently as has the leasing office.
The landlord is horrible and nasty they don’t care about people at all things were broken and never fixed then she try to get me evicted during Covid and said I owe 10,000 in damages which is bullshit I would not recon living there
I had a horrible experience since I've lived here. None of the outlets work my tub and sinks kept backing up since I moved in last May. These apartments are extremely over priced and also infested with rodents and insects. The outside is never clean. I had a tub full of sludge that I had to wait five days in order to get it fixed. I have a special needs child and this was absolutely horrifying they did not make this urgent at all they only care about the money. The plug in outlets do not work.
