These guys are great fixed my issue connecting to the server in minutes very personable Support
Worse customer service. They sold me a machine that does not do what they advertised and they after a YEAR they still give me the run around to whom I need to speak to and how to get a refund. As a medical provider, I will not recommend or will use their products.
