All the staff were friendly, calm and helpful when my cat was an anxious patient
My Greyhound was attacked by an unleashed Pitbull and passed away a few days later. I imagine Boy wanted to have care at his fav vet, Seddon Vet, however the attack was happened on weekend, unfortunately. Seddon Vet was informed by Advanced Vetcare what happened to Boy. Fiona gave me a condolence call immediately and next day I received beautiful flowers from them. Boy loved going to Seddon Vet. Their Vets, Nurses and Receptionist are all lovely and compassionate. I brought my 2.5-month-old corgi puppy to the clinic recently for his vaccination, and unfortunately, I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Fiona Smith. I feel it’s important to share my experience to help other pet owners make an informed decision. Dr. Smith was visibly impatient and unfriendly toward both me and my puppy. Instead of showing any compassion or understanding — especially important when dealing with young, nervous animals — she was cold and dismissive.
