All of the staff are kind and understanding, with a super high level of attention to detail and compassion, they fit my 12yo staffie cross on the same day when she started unexplainedly stumbling and I'd thought she might have had a stroke (she didn't thankfully and is recovering) and accidentally booked online for a week away not realizing it wasn't the same day. Have never had the same vet twice. Advice is inconsistent and even contradictory at times. Consult notes are poor and entire discussions missed resulting them insisting on an unnecessary appointment for a top up of a medication she has been on for 5 years. That was the last straw.
