Seda has s a great builder. I would give them 4 stars but their Morgage company is a scam. Please do not use. We can’t even pay our mortgage off bc they keep receiving our payment late. 88 bucks a day late if they receive after 2pm. Please check BBB on their reviews. 1.4 rating!
The SEDA team, specifically Mrs. Dawn Corin, has truly exemplified professionalism, dedication and commitment to me and my family through work ethics and above board processes while our home was being built. We moved into our new home built by Seda Construction in May (2025). We absolutely love our new home and thoroughly enjoyed the building process with them. My husband and I have built 5 homes together so we know the process well and working with Seda was extremely pleasant. Dawn Cronin, Seda’s right hand imo ;) was so wonderful and patient with my many many questions before we ever signed contract. We had a wonderful experience building with SEDA. The entire process was smooth, easy, and we felt supported throughout the whole journey. This was not our first home build, so I knew what to expect and my expectations were high - thankfully, SEDA met them and we’re enjoying our new home!
