The build quality of the homes in this neighborhood are subpar. Much of the work is performed by unskilled workers. There is a reason they make having an inspection of the home before closing so difficult, because it wouldnt pass. The list of problems with my home is too long to list, but here are the photos of my foundation that needed to be tore up to access the faulty plumbing that was installed. BUYER BEWARE! We purchased our home in March 2020. We were one of the first dozen to move into **************************. SEDA claims this is a prestigious neighborhood but they have fallen short in their upkeep of the roads, sidewalks, landscaping, curbing and the front gate. As many of us have sent emails to the people who control our HOA we continue to not receive any responses to our concerns. SEDA is an outstanding home builders however their HOA department has been under par in their duties on the enforcement of the covenants in the neighborhoods under their control. Their are valuation of the covenants that are never enforced that has been reported with no response. Also when they start their landscaping program is outstanding however more homes that are built the landscaping drops.

Within 6 months of moving in my refrigerator produced a leak that damaged my cabinets, the microwave blows up light blubs, the garage door gets out of wack every couple of weeks, then I have to wait 2 weeks for the garage door company to come out and fix it, now today my garbage disposal died. I bought this brand new house less than 6 months ago.

Our experience with SEDA New Homes was excellent. They made the process of building on our lot easy and less stressful. Everyone we dealt with at SEDA was very knowledgeable and professional. We love our home and would recommend SEDA to all of our friends and family!

Seda construction build poor quality homes with beautiful superfical appearnce. Don't be fooled by the decietful outer decoratied looks.. They build with cheap, low quality materials that wear out quickly. Customer service is also very poor. I purchased one of their model homes a while ago. It's been one disappointment after another. And when I bring matters to their attention, they just dismiss me. They only care about money in their bank accounts. I would not recommend this company to anyone..

SEDA - Only Cares About what goes into their Bank Account and have poor communication skills! No concern for quality customer service! We own a home in Flora Parke that used to have a beautiful preserve behind it. SEDA never came to us to discuss that they needed to fix a drainage issue. I only found out about it because I walked outside when the SEDA rep and engineers were standing in my yard to find out what was going on. The SEDA rep said directly to me, "we are not allowed to cut through the preserve to install drainage.... read more

SEDA Homes are absolutely breath-taking and my family and I were able to make one of their newly built homes our forever home. Being first time home buyers, we dreamed of buying a home that would be exactly what we wanted rather than having to buy and resale until we built up enough equity to actually purchase a home that we could call our forever home.
