These are slimy people running this company. Do not enter into a contract with them, you are on the hook for the whole term of payments even if you cancel service. The cost is also far above the value, if your house gets broken into it will have not made a difference with the monitoring or not. Also if you do not cancel in writing by the end of your term it will auto renew for a new term and you are again on the hook for the full amount even if you no longer need the services
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND NOW MESSING UP MY CREDIT. I used this company for a couple of years and everything was fine until covid hit. My alarms went off several times and nobody called. I stopped receiving bills and nobody was picking uo the phones. Nobody was responding to emails. I assume the company closed as I was not getting any service or billing for an entire year. Worst experiences ever! First, before I moved, they said they can transfer my services. I called the number they provided, another party said they never have partnership with them. I end up paying all the remaining months with no service. When the contract is over, they keep collecting money from me. Every time, I ask is this the last time, did you cancel my contract. They sent 2 representatives to my front door in the morning and solicited a security system to me under the guise of special privileges and a quick installation.during installation equipment was missed and the promotional sticker they emphasized was important was missed I was promised I could cancel at anytime by the reps. After realizing the cost, I chose to attempt to cancel the subscription. One of the worst monitoring companies on the market. Customer service is abysmal. The one job they have, to alert customers of alarms, they cannot even seem to do. Highly do not recommend using this company as your monitoring service. Complete garbage of a company
