HORRIBLE SERVICE & RUDE PEOPLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was paying for a service where my door sensors werent working/being monitored. wanted to charge me $200 to come "see it". Agent Volpe was very rude on the phone and even hung up on us. Cancelled my contract on time, was never late for payment since it was set auto deposit and now 5 months later Im receiving a letter from a collection agency that I owe money. Should be option for 0. After a purchase contract of 4 years, one should then go to monitoring charge only. This company just keeps billing you the full purchase and monitoring price and say it is up to you to tell them your contract is up and to only charge you for monitoring. I call that theft. From a security company go figure. This is a terrible shady company. Highly suggest not using them

Today my wife accidentally triggered the alarm did not get any response from the monitoring station . When I called them and Ask why they told me that they were very busy . I asked to speak with the supervisor Till the end of day I have not received any Call . I am very disappointed with them
