The call center representative Shay was very rude and disrespectful. Clearly disinterested in providing any help and being of any service to an over 20 year member for a simple transaction inquiry after being provided false information on a recorded call. You would think after lying to a member they would attempt to correct the error of the person who provided the false information instead of dismissing a member. Better training is needed for her and the entire call center staff clearly.
Needed help with getting a type of account start. Was helped and had an enjoyable experience.
Ms. Kelson was very helpful and such a delight to speak to. Stayed with me step by step.
Pamela D was was the absolute BEST! Her care, concern and commitment to my request was 5 ⭐️ In every way. Kudos to her and teamwork needed to complete my transactions, which was no easy or quick feat. Time was no object and I am completely satisfied.
I had a wonderful experience with my virtual loan processes. The online portion was clear, easy to follow, and an agent followed up with a phone call promptly. Working with the live agent was great. She was knowledgeable and everything went smoothly. The process was quick, easy, and I got it all done without a single issue. I would definitely use them again.
