Instructions regarding how to insert sim into GPS were a bit unclear. However, technical support was pretty good and the issue with the GPS was resolved relatively quickly.

In response to their response: False. It was never proven and demands for a refund and exchange were deflected. The bottom line is: - I wrote an email prior to the purchase to make sure the device could record in 2K on the SD Card. - Output videos from the SD card are not in 2K, not even in HD. They are close to 480p - I reached out, tried to find a solution and then asked numerous times for the device to be swapped or refunded. AVOID!! As other people here, my experience isn't a good one: A product that was meant to record 2K on SD Card (and I even sent an email prior to the purchase to make sure) is not even recording in HD! Then the vendor won't accept any refund or exchange... After many weeks of emails back and forth I gave up. The product definitely isn't up to the specs and the vendor won't accept any returns. Please avoid at all costs and be mindful that they run multiple similar businesses.
