Ordered an Iportect 1216i - the owner, Dave was extremely helpful in choosing the right device for the TCSM work I was doing when we spoke on the phone. I ordered it on a Wednesday, needing it to arrive for a job on Monday. It arrived the following day! Couldn't he happier. Will definitely shop with Security Labs again. Trinity. Very supportive and dedicated personnel .
Purchased a security camera for shoplifting prevention. There were a few minor issues setting it up so I reached out for tech support. Initial response 20 mins after my message ( at 8pm thinking they will get to it in the morning when they start work) Next morning 20 mins on the phone to me to realise I was the weak link. Problem solved. Very happy with level of support received.

Don't deal with this person it's all a scam!!!!! Beware it's a one man scam operation,tried to contact them only got one reply to read the manual , this was for a solar wifi repeater it can't be connected. Filled in the return form only to hear nothing BEWARE you'll lose your money
