We had been a customer for several years, parts of our system stopped working. Left numerous messages on office line and cell phones. Took a month for someone to call us back. Finally got a technician to come out and look at the system. Technician said the equipment was old and no one knew how to work on it. We asked for quotes on upgrading system.
