Easy to talk to, install was flawless. Reasonably prices too.
Contacted Security Wise as we bought a property that we believed they fitted equipment in. Initial contact with reception was great, lady was very helpful and friendly. However the impression of this company plummeted when returning the voice mail of the sales manager, Benn Jarvis. He was short on the phone and quite rude. He gave off the impression he didn't have the time for me and was far too busy. Borderline hanging up on me when he realised he wouldn't get a sale. Lost customer.
5 star customer service. Professional and friendly staff who have looked after my system for many years. The best in the industry by far.
