I regret using them! They placed the cameras at heights above 16ft without consulting us first; even after we informed them we wanted to see people's faces. Then when we asked them to fix it they turned nasty and asked for more money. Very unprofessional! I agree with the other reviewer... They price it cheap to get the account then try to get more money from you with change orders. Very unprofessional!
Had a problem and bent over to resolve it.
The owner of this establishment treats his employees like garbage, and Monitronics won't let customers cancel the agreement after the 3 years is up. My advice, go with ADT!
Wow. How do these guys actually stay in business? We had a security order that was completely screwed up. They didn't give us what we paid for and what they did give us, didn't work. In order to get it fixed, they said they wanted more money. Watch out, very nice going into the deal and then they turn nasty when there is a problem. Wish I never called them in the first place-Go somewhere else!
many problems with wireless cameras. they came many times to correct. finally agreed cameras had software problems. will replace with wired cameras soon. though many problems with system, company has been nothing but responsive.
