Had an expensive camera system put in, The exterior wiring is coming away from the structure. Owner treated employees poorly. DVR failed within a few months. Poor follow up.
The owner of this establishment treats his employees like garbage, and Monitronics won't let you cancel after the 3 years is up. My advise, go with ADT!
Wow. How do these guys actually stay in business? We had a security order that was completely screwed up. They didn't give us what we paid for and what they did give us, didn't work. In order to get it fixed, they said they wanted more money. Watch out, very nice going into the deal and then they turn nasty when there is a problem. Wish I never called them in the first place-Go somewhere else!
