April 2025, I lost a CASH SALE on my home, because Security Title, never paid the lien from previous sellers. Sean is no longer there, but haven't even received a call or email from Security Title after the certified letters. OID is making them pay. They ignored me and the lien as of April 2026 has still not been paid off. I'm a senior with severe illness and just wanted to be in the comfort of my family! This has been a nightmare, please look elsewhere for professional service. They are ruining what's left of my life!
April 2025, I lost a CASH SALE on my home, because Security Title, never paid the lein, from previous sellers March 2022. Sean is no longer there, but haven't even received a call or email from Security Title after the certified letters. Sean blamed the state for dragging feet. New buyers, September 2025 and closing November 1st, IF THEY PAY OFF THE LIEN FROM 2022 when I purchased the property.
