Closed on a condo in Dunedin with Haley and Austin this week. Great communication, completed without any issues!
My sellers just closed on the sale of their home yesterday. Haley did a fantastic job getting it closed and communicating with all parties. The buyer was delayed getting to the title company to sign for the closing and arrived at Security Title at about 5:00 pm. When I notified Haley that the buyer was delayed and it was apparent that the closing was going to keep Haley well past 5:00 pm, she was beyond gracious and even through the phone I could tell she was smiling.
