My alarm system stopped working a year ago, and they promised many times to come and repair with lies after lies. They even stopped answering my calls after George Haddad (supposedly the owner) ran out of lies. They are still taking money from my back monthly until today, and the bank keeps reversing the payments. a bunch of thiefs.
After the tornado we experienced I attempted several times to contact the company to help me reset my alarm panel, leaving messages and emails and never received a reply. I therefore cancelled my service with Security Technical Team and I attempted several times to obtain reimbursement for a payment that went through my credit card. I never received my money back. Terrible customer service.
