Phenomenal company across the board! Our shop had a break in last week. Thanks to Security Techs’ system and response, MPD was able to apprehend the suspect while they were still in the building. MPD was really thankful for the quality of video, which we recently had Security Tech upgrade. Following the break in, Security Tech also helped us download all the footage for MPD. Do not use this company, because if you decide to cancel your subscription with them, they won’t remove the equipment or tell you how to turn it off. I have a baby and child with epilepsy and the alarm kept going off last night. We called security tech for assistance and they were useless. Highly recommend going with another company unless you want to pay life long for a system you don’t use

We chose Security Tech as our security & fire alarm monitoring company due to the many yard signs in our neighborhood. The majority must be a good sign, right? Their main office is in Kihei but they take care of the whole island. We used to be with them and had no problems to report (sold the house). A sounding alarm results in an immediate phone call to us, but because of the wonderful world of technology, we're able to quickly take care of issues on our cell phones.
