Hi there, I would just like to express how dissapointed I am with the customer service that I was provided by your team today. I wanted to request a camera relocation in our shop and your customer service rep, informed me that it would be 45days until this can happen, as there are no techs available. Always are there to deal with things and always have good advice.
I had a new alarm system installed in April with the graphic color interface as well as new smoke detectors to replace older models of both. I found the installer to be very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He was certainly a hard worker. Haven't had the system in long enough to know long term about the system itself, but I was impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness with the installer who did the work. He was excellent.
