We chose Security Tech as our security & fire alarm monitoring company due to the many yard signs in our neighborhood. The majority must be a good sign, right? Their main office is in Kihei but they take care of the whole island. We used to be with them and had no problems to report (sold the house). Hi there, I would just like to express how dissapointed I am with the customer service that I was provided by your team today. I wanted to request a camera relocation in our shop and your customer service rep, informed me that it would be 45days until this can happen, as there are no techs available. I asked if i could move the camera location myself and she said "because we have an older version of the camera, it will be difficult to move".
