I feel compelled to provide this feedback about my phone contact with this company on two occasions, with the last one being on 03/28/2023. I needed technical support because the system I bought from them in Spring 2021 was failing. This call was made at 4:48 p.m. The person I spoke with was immediately defensive and argumentative, saying, among other things, that he "did not know why" I asked my "internet provider to contact" them.
