Well organized and professional service
We have an old wired system from probably around 1990 or so. There are only certain servicemen who know the old system. And, fortunately we got “Frank” as our serviceman. He spent quality time going over everything in that zone (which has 4 windows) and back and forth to the box in the cellar. BUT, HE FIXED IT! We are so thankful for him. He is truly a GREAT SERVICEMAN And Security Specialists are great. Well, they have to be, we’ve been with them 33+ years. Wouldn’t even think of changing to anything else.
I have been using Security Specialists now for about 8 years. Kimberly first introduced me to this company and designed a system for my corporate headquarters in Stamford. The attention to detail and customized service won my entire management team over. We have used her and the company at over 30 new sites we have opened up all over the country.
