owner joe Ricco is extremely unprofessional and used lots of profanity because I would not switch my account to him after he purchased a company that had my security account. I would not recommend using him for anything can't imagine talked to customers they way he did. especially since I had 10 plus accounts with the company he purchased over the past years.
