guards & supervisors have no experience. no one seems to know how to secure anyplace. Guards get caught sleeping almost daily. Ive called & fired them. Ive asked them to replace & better supervise....that has not happened. Customer service office is not friendly or very helpful. The need to do a better job or they will be out of business in Toledo soon.
I have had nothing but professional service from Continental. I use them quite often for on going jobs that I have. When ever I call the are very happy to please and always sent responsible reliable employees. Thank you for all of your efforts.
Do not follow directions, poor quality workers, high turnover, little supervision, Continental is a joke.
High prices, near min. wage guards, never the same guard twice. Hmm why cant they keep guards? Why do the guards they do have-mess around on-the-"clock". This corporation knows why they will never work on my property again. Continental WAS an ok company when it first started.
