Johann was very professional. He gave me a great price and listened to what I wanted. He also threw in recommendations that suited well to how I wanted my home protected. He didn’t make me feel pressured at all.
ADT is a terrible company. Their equipment is cheap, and their customer service is awful. Don't sign a contract with them. The equipment breaks easily or doesn't work correctly.
I did a consultation and signed up with the help of Johann. He was very thorough and gave great recommendations on ways to improve the safety and security of my home and loved ones. Highly recommend!!
