Johann was absolutely fantastic. Very trustworthy guy. That's a huge deal to me having 4 boys and my wife. I wouldn't go with anyone but Johann. He actually listened to what we want and suggested what to go with. Didn't try to do all the add ons and run the bill up, he was honest and suggested what we need for safety. 5 stars all the way My family thanks you Johann!!!

Had a good experience working with sales rep Lauren. She offered a new homeowner’s discount which was definitely a deal! If you don’t already have ADT installed, look into booking with Lauren. She will walk you through all the different options and answer all your questions. The installation process was very straightforward and the installer was respectful of the house. I feel more at ease now that there’s a security system in my home.
Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we transitioned our service from one home to another after a move! They made it seamless and stress free for us which was key.
