ADT is a terrible company. Their equipment is cheap, and their customer service is awful. Don't sign a contract with them. The equipment breaks easily or doesn't work correctly.
I did a consultation and signed up with the help of Johann. He was very thorough and gave great recommendations on ways to improve the safety and security of my home and loved ones. Highly recommend!!

When I called ADT, I was expecting to hear an automated voice but was pleasantly surprised to hear a live person on the other end of the call. The representative that I spoke with was Monica. She was awesome. She was very professional and patient with me. She made sure that everything was taken care of before ending the call. Thank you so very much, Monica. You are the best.
Would leave 0 stars but i actually cant tell me how i buy there cheap knock off products resend them the 2nd week becasue its so underwhelming and cancel my account just to be charged for a amount thag wasnt agreed on in the contract i was not informed of then when i goto call them they say my accound is deactivated they cant find it so when i ask them how they billed me i get put on to hold just to be hassled around and given the run around i still dont have a refund
