CAREFUL! Polite and competitive but way short on delivering what they promise. I've gone round and round with them after upgrading my system as a reuslt of their home solicitation and transfering my monitoring to ADT. They have repeatedly promised to finish the job by installing the components I paid for and have yet to do so. I've called ADT and filed a formal complaint - we will see if that serves as motivation to make good on finishing the job.
