I went in to take care of a couple basic banking needs . I was working with Matthew Lopez and I decided to take care of questions I had regarding a loan . Mathew was able to handle everything I needed and helped me streamline my finances to a much better banking scenario! I am in an ongoing fraud situation right now and their team helped me so much. I was so panicked yesterday and I can’t explain how much ALL of them helped me. Having many accounts, a solid credit union is necessary. Even though I moved away from this side of town, I still return and use this bank weekly. Marisa has always been beyond helpful- Great staff. Great people. Great bank.
The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been a member at SSFCU, Littleton Branch, for 25 years. All my interactions have been positive, efficient and met with kindness and a smile. I have to do a massive shout out to JUAN and MARISA for going ABOVE and BEYOND to help me today. I needed a new bank card and recieved one right at closing (on a Saturday).
