I am in an ongoing fraud situation right now and their team helped me so much. I was so panicked yesterday and I can’t explain how much ALL of them helped me. The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been a member at SSFCU, Littleton Branch, for 25 years. All my interactions have been positive, efficient and met with kindness and a smile. I have to do a massive shout out to JUAN and MARISA for going ABOVE and BEYOND to help me today. I needed a new bank card and recieved one right at closing (on a Saturday). We've been dealing with the loss of a family member on top of having to settle an estate. Tangie was incredibly helpful with the entire process. Her kindness and patience was so appreciated. We've been at SSFCU for 15 years and they've never disappointed.
