I agree with others that made the comment, read the small print. They are all about the contract. Yes, I signed it, but I would never sign again with this company. I signed a 3-year contract and paid to have my services updated at that time. The gentleman I worked with, was quite amazing and guided me through the process. He is no longer there, no surprise. The issue I have, is before the 3 years was up, I moved out of state. Therefore, I am no longer at the address where the service (contract) was installed. I didn't not se... read more
Been a customer of SSC from back in the 80's. From what I've experienced Josh could possibly be the best employee you ever had.
Horrible experience. Cameras didn’t work and service person couldn’t fix them when they came out. And most of the time the system was off line. Total waste of money. Don’t waste your money.
Security Service Company is great!! They have an incredible monitoring service - I get a phone call RIGHT AWAY when even the smallest thing goes wrong. Makes me feel very secure. Their staff is fantastic, friendly, and will always go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right! Could not be happier.
