Security Pros has been a fabulous partner to Eagle Eye Networks over the years and continues to provide customers with cutting edge video surveillance solutions that solve their problems. Not only that, they are incredibly responsive and provide unmatched customer and product support. We wouldn't be able to provide top-of-the-market solutions to our large family of customers without the support and trust of all of our partners, specifically Security Pros.
We use Security Pros at my place of work and they are always prompt, helpful, and thorough. We couldn't ask for a better relationship with a company or system guidance.
So disappointed in this company….one of their techs sold and installed over $30,000 worth of security software and hardware in our buildings and are now refusing to help service it ( offered to pay of course ) OR give us access to what has been installed already…very rude as well. What honorable company flat out refuses to work with an existing client????? DO NOT USE!!!!
Morning of 7/24, driver with license plate TK670ODG forced me off the road onto the shoulder 65N just so he could make his exit. Not a soul behind me and he felt the need to cut me off just to sit at the light.
