Initial setup and installation was great back in November 2015, after instillation service-- not so good. I bought an in home monitoring system in November 2015, to monitor my mother- in-law who has Alzheimer's and also to keep an eye on her care giver via my smart phone. This was installed over a year ago; cameras rely on the internet to stream the footage to mobile devices. For internet reasons he keeps losing his camera streaming. We've been to his house plenty of times to update IPs and even get program on new CPU. Half of the time customer couldn't remember his own password to get into the DVR system which caused us to waste a trip.
