I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach them for 3 months now I've left numerous messages with no response. I have also emailed and tried to reach someone through FB. At 1st I just needed to ask someone a question. Then 2 months ago they went up on the rent $20 a month without notice. I had my payments set up on auto pay so they just keep taking it out.
