Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company the funeral service and myself been calling multiple times regarding the refund. When you do finally get on the phone the rep place you on hold for hrs trying to make you hang up and when you do get a manger the EXACT SAME MANGER, Obeb he’s very argumentative. These people in impossible to reach they refuse to answer the phone. Leaving a message is like talking to a bag of potatoes nobody ever call you back.. is this how it's going to be when I die.. and it x to collect on the policy to pay for my cremation nobody going to answer the phone imma just be laying there.. and they not going to get back with my person to put me away properly.. this is very sad.. what kinda company is this..
I wish this Company would answer their phones to take payments its horrible trying to get in touch with them and they need to be alot nicer with their Customer Service They lady from years ago who retired was Awesome its been not so good since.
