Great customer service, got all my questions answered
Been with Security for 3 years and never had a problem. Rates to me are good.
Took my mother to their office in Donaldsonville to change information on her policies. Rachel was so pleasant and helpful.
Nothing good to say about them. Their reps are unconcerned or knowledgeable about their plans. No one is on the same pg. if someone answers the phone they tell you you have to go in office, if you go in office they tell you you have to call. Issues never get resolved but they do expect their payments monthly. They’re a joke. A big one!
