Took my mother to their office in Donaldsonville to change information on her policies. Rachel was so pleasant and helpful.
Nothing good to say about them. Their reps are unconcerned or knowledgeable about their plans. No one is on the same pg. if someone answers the phone they tell you you have to go in office, if you go in office they tell you you have to call. Issues never get resolved but they do expect their payments monthly. They’re a joke. A big one!
Never answer the phones for i suramce verification
Worst company ever. Every time you try to call they have you on then when they don't answer you leave a voicemail that never gets answered. If they answer then put you on hold they hang up on you. It's really ridiculous.
IT WOULD BE SO NICE IF YOU COULD CHANGE YOUR POLICY TO A NEW COMPANY LIKE YOU'RE ABLE TO DO WITH CAR INSURANCE. THIS COMPANY WOULD DEFINITELY GO OUT OF BUSINESS ESPECIALLY THE OFFICE IN LAKE CHARLES LA
