Nathan came from Security Pest to address a mouse problem. In addition to filling their feeding stations, he was very thorough in looking for them, and explaining in great detail what we need to do to prevent this from happening again. Our technician Jim arrived 2 hours after I initially called for service which was amazing, I totally expected to wait days to weeks. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and excellent with my large sometimes not so friendly dog. He spent a lot of time educating me about mice and how to get ahead of the problem.
