SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I paid this company $300 to handle a mice problem, and they did absolutely NOTHING to fix it—if anything, the problem got worse! They placed empty traps with no bait (seriously, what’s the point?), and when I asked the technician to help identify possible entry points, he refused to work with me. This was a complete rip-off. Zero effort, zero results, and a total lack of professionalism. If you’re looking for real pest control, do yourself a favor and hire someone else. This company is a joke!
