BEWARE. Terrible. Randy won’t stand behind his work. One railing had a bad powder coat job such that the top surface your hand glides on is bumpy. I called a few times and finally left a friendly message for him; he didn’t call back. About a year later, a bracket came out of the wall where he clearly missed the stud and just sank it in drywall…not a big deal but need bracket moved on the rail. We are thrilled with the job Randy did. It is now a pleasure to go up and down the front porch steps despite physical handicaps.
Randy Lester is the absolute best at designing and fabricating specialized stairs and railings. We have hired him twice to design and make two separate sets of railings and one set of stairs. He is very professional and his attention to detail is amazing. Thanks for such great work!!
