I canceled my service with Security One through email like I was told to do by the company's rep. Nancy on March 6th. I was still charged for April service. I had to call back to ask why was I charged. I was told to send another email to cancel and was assured I would get refunded for April. Here we are almost July and still no refund! I called numerous times and was always assured refund was on its way. They had no problem taking my money every month for almost 3 years but can't seem to refund me what is owed to me for ! mo... read more
