We recently met in our condo with Lucas to discuss replacement of our old security system. Lucas was friendly, professional and thorough in assessing our needs, explaining improvements to our old system and recommending the right configuration of hardware needed to secure our home. He was willing to spend as much time as was needed to answer all of our questions and concerns regarding installation and monitoring. So far we are very happy with the service with which Security One has provided us.

Based on the reviews we had read, we recently reached out to Security One enquiring about a home security system to replace our current provider. Right from the start of the process, the communication and service was excellent. Lucas came by and was very attentive to what we were looking for and made suggestions that may work better.
