How does one go about filing a complaint against one of your security guards. My rights have been violated. It is already on record with the store that the incident happened in now i need to file a formal one with you as well.
I was on my way home from work one day and came across a guy in a security one guy in a tan security shirt. He was so unprofessional. He grabbed my butt totally inappropriately. Security one doesn't do their job. They talk a lot but do not perform as per their agreement. They lie. Do not hire them or you'll be sorry. Horrible company a bunch of liars. Security one stinks.
