Kaleigh and the team at Security National Bank was fantastic with our home loan. We threw just about every curveball at Kayleigh and she handled them with grace and communicated fantastically throughout the entire process. Of the 3 mortgages we have had she made the process the easiest and most enjoyable. If we hadn’t built our dream home we would use Kayleigh again
Horrible experience. Kaleigh was nice to work with, but wish we would’ve read reviews instead of just jumping in with this bank. Made our home buying process a complete nightmare and cost us thousands with having to pay for places to stay and storing our stuff due to requesting info from the IRS a week before closing. Have been asked why these documents weren’t requested during our pre approval.
Sandy is the very best! she is helpful and knowledgeable about services the bank can provide.
Don’t recommend for first time home owners. Way too much stress and got my hopes up for nothing. Ended up paying more instead of ending up finding a home.
