I use to love this bank and how well they knew me by name and greeted me accordingly. Genuine smiles and the small greetings would make you feel very welcomed and taken care of.. But recently, within this past year, they have been decreasing their genuineness... Just this year alone - I have asked for, and made requests on dealing with my account limitations, getting a new debit card, re-opening my account and re-registering for E-banking - and they have been slacking on responding to me, having me sign the old paper work - ... read more
