the worst customer service ever, rude and nasty. I would never recommend anyone. Maybe a great company but the reps are totally unacceptable with attitudes. Sorry to say. I will take my business elsewhere because of the customers service I received.

I work for this company and I am a policyholder. With over 3,000 claims per year, we have a very low complaint ratio. Had a claim for damage from a burst water pipe from freezing that did substantial damage. Claims adjuster showed up promptly and was very reasonable. He allowed for everything I claimed and gave a good price for the repairs. Check arrived not long after. Premium price did not jump up after the claim was paid. Premium price has remained reasonable. Been with this co. 22 years, and plan to stay. The way insurance should work.

GBL Worst customer service I ve received anywhere, in a long time. The claims rep was one of the rudest and inconsiderate people I ve had to deal with. No one I spoke to have any compassion or sensitivity. I never received a response to a phone message or e-mail. I only spoke with someone when they happened to answer the phone. The rep I was working with and the manager played pass the buck throughout my entire claim. If I could them zero stars or negative stars, I would
