This company is highly disorganized. Their billing practices are awful and border on illegal. Last year , I overpaid by a slight amount on my last invoice - so naturally- when I received a new invoice and the overpayment wasn’t reflected I asked about it. All Of the sudden they “ reviewed my account” and although they see the overpayment (which was NEVER accounted for on my account) …they now decide I have underpaid - there was suddenly an invoice from months ago that was unpaid.
