Had trouble finding someone to make some specialty keys, so tried Security Lock & Alarm. Really good choice!! Chasity was tireless in her pursuit to find the unusual key blanks needed for the job and was ultimately able to track and order them. She had to search catalogs, internet sites, and contact a few other expert lock friends to achieve success. I rate there customer service and quality as "exceeds expectation"!
Came through on a tricky key I needed cut for my kids’ Christmas gift! Took extra time to make sure I had the right product, and made sure that it worked! Highly recommend for their friendly staff and willingness to go the extra mile for me, even for a silly thing like gumball machines. Thank you for helping make some extra special Christmas magic!
I had Security Lock install an Emtek handleset, deadbolt, door knocker and matching kick plate on my front door 10 years ago. The quality of the hardware is amazing. However, I recently had an issue with it being hard to press and called Security Lock to see if there was a part I could purchase to fix myself.
