If there was anything lower than a 1 I would give this company. They were contacted through Brinks to come out to my house and the services was beyond bad. The tech complained about the work done previously by Brinks refused to put up the cameras the way it way and stated the were put up poorly. I have called to complain to Brinks and they gave them the companies name because I would never have them out at my house and would want anyone else to put with the horrible attitude of this company. After two years of fighting with my last home security company that there was something wrong with the installation and that it was me, Security Integrated Technologies came in and found the problem immediately. Right from the start Derek informed me that they did not work for Brinks but worked with them, which I understood. Derek not only saw the prolbem right away but was able to fix it. He was knowledgeable, professional and right on the money. I got the best this time around.
DO NOT HIRE THIS SECURITY COMPANY! This company's rep disconnected my previous alarm system and then stormed off my property without reinstalling it. I was polite and not irrate and wanted to do an audio recording on my phone of what he was telling me he "needed" to do with my alarm system to work with the new system.
