Medical situation, came right away. Had several issues; all fixed within 25 mins. Was very efficient and friendly. Charge was reasonable. Highly recommend.
I have used security air for over 25 years. Today they came for the yearly check up including a tip. When they left ,they failed to put the hatch back up in the ceiling,in the attic and said I would have to wait until tomorrow but hot air was blowing out the attic. I have a badly swollen infected foot and was at the hospital yesterday. I was told they couldn't do it till tomorrow. So I had to get on My ladder with my huge foot. One word honesty
We had a bit of a unique issue with our AC system. Ken was personally invested in finding the issue and solved it. The communication was great and response time was outstanding. I will use Security in the future and will recommend to everyone I know.
