Bought 16ch DVR on Feb 1, 2014, reported that playback only went to x64, not x128. No response. June 11th, 2014, reported Channel 1 on DVR displays "NO SIGNAL". Checked with another cable and camera, no change. No response after message via Ebay and via voice mail. If you buy from them, do not expect help when you need it. Do not expect the warranty to be honored. It's people/companies like this that take advantage of customers that order from a distance of their location.
