Had a great service originally with Mike. Now with the thaw window shifted and cracked and compay won't return calls. Window trying to pop out with the trim pushing inward towards the house. They replaced the whole unit

Dave and the team at SGP saved our butts. We're an out-of-town manufacturing company that had some panes break in transit, they were able to turn around 6 pcs of glass (two with irregular shapes) cut, edged, and tempered in a short lead time which helped us to avoid a return trip to complete the job. Can't say enough good things about the team and their willingness to accommodate despite their own high production load. Thanks guys! We'll be back on the next one for sure!
