I recently reached out to see if I could order window glass from them. First, I called the number on their website, and they told me I had to email Mike. So, I sent an email to two different addresses—one of which was listed on their site. But I never got a response. Honestly, it's disappointing. I get that my order might not be a big deal for them, but ignoring a customer inquiry isn't a great look for any business. A quick reply—even just to say they can’t help—would have shown a basic level of respect for their clients.

Security Glass was hired to fix a window for me. They attended 3 separate times to inspect the situation. The total estimated was around $3350.00. They required payment before the job was started. Once they got there they said the job was much bigger and they could not complete. I was told I would be getting a refund for the work partial but still substantial. I have called their office numerous times to be told “yes we’ll be in touch”. No follow up and no refund. I would have assumed inspecting the window 3 separate times t... read more
