Security Glass replaced windows on my house this summer after the hail storm Aug 24, 2023. Mike came out measured all 5 windows and door. The installers came to install the new windows, excellent installers very neat work. Mike was excellent to work with. I would recommend Security Glass Ltd to anyone needing windows. Company staff is terrible at cleaning up broken glass that they left in planters. Talk to staff member, he doesn’t know how to communicate properly with the customer. Telling you it will get done when I’m done, yet the broken glass is left there for days. Contact the manager for this site , his manager did not even come and deal with the situation. Heroes work here ❤️ My landlord called this company to fix a window. The guy who showed up arrived quickly it was a odd hour.. Had the job done in roughly 40 mins. He went above and beyond. He took measurements, removed broken window , secured everything. Even cleaned up the glass inside and outside. So grateful to be reassured safety and treated with such kindness during such a hard time. Thank you so much. This happened early am of June 23, 24.
I have been dealing with Security Glass for almost a year now and we’re still not finished. I have been dealing with Mitch. He came out the first time, windows arrived, one didn’t fit the other didn’t match up with its mate. Called again, somebody else came out, nothing happened. One window at a time. Now I’m waiting for a whole new window for the bedroom, over a month has gone by, nobody has come to measure. I’m so fed up with this company and it was recommended to me.
