I would highly recommend SFI, for instance, Last Friday evening my wife noticed a issue with our security cameras and sent a email around 7pm hoping to get a response back by Monday or Tuesday as the weekend was well under way, within literally 5 minuets of the email we were on a phone call with the tech troubleshooting the issue.. 7pm on a Friday and. We get a call from a actual employee! I just can’t say enough about the level of customer service and professionalism! Such a great company ran by great people!
Mathew came out and installed my system and doorbell camera for me. He did a fantastic job taking his time and being patient with me and my mother. We had a great time and even took the time to show my mother how to use her tablet. He’s a stand up guy and this is a stand up company. Very happy with my service.
Unsolicited phone calls. High pressures sales tactic. Must have received my number from a 3rd party list. When asked about the business ID number associated with the office in North Carolina, I was met with aggression. “Why do I need that number?” Well I would like to find out if your a legitimate business. Edit: I found the NC BIN. Still getting reported.
