Treatment deplorable. Hurricane Irma did considerable damage to roof trees knocked sideways on roof promised repairs. Not even a tarp. Been in home 31 years. Never did inspections in past 10 years cxld policy. Adjuster screamed at me parents recently died. Flight attendant many years never experienced such horrible customer service. Company just built new multi million dollar headquarters. Dade county now trying to condemn property. Have been bullied worst Experience ever. Roof leaking mold. The absolute worse insurance company ever. They denied my claim, then demanded repairs. I promptly did the repairs, then they opted not to renew. In essence, they used my claim against me.
I filed a claim with them for water damage on August 25th, 2017. It is now 12/6/2017 and still no resolution. Unacceptable customer service!
