After dealing with a nightmare at another insurance agency when my homeowners company pulled out of Florida it was very refreshing to work with such a professional insurance agency! Christina went far past the extra mile obtaining us a new policy as well as working to clean up the disaster we were left with by our previous agent. Absolute joke of an agency, don't waste your time/money and shop elsewhere. Their generic response to the negative google reviews is the exact problem with this company. They lack any type of accountability. Please shop elsewhere, this company will end up costing me 20k+ because they dropped the ball. Pathetic.
