This review is for Matthew Burtner, Claims Examiner II. Mr. Burtner was highly skilled, knowledgeable and very professional! Matthew has excellent customer service skills and the other examiners my husband and I had contact with should go to the same training Matthew attended! Matthew did approve our claim after 6 and 1/2 months of gathering information however, he did not show prejudice but had communication with us at every turn. The customer care team also was very helpful!

I have been with Security First for several years now. My family has had excellent service from this company. I have had two claims just last year and they were wonderful ! Even more important, they didn't cancel my policy like I was told by friends would happen. Their customer service is top notch. The agent handling my claims was professional but also kind and understanding. My home repairs were done efficiently on the Insurance's side. I couldn't be happier with Security First!

They dont pay claims and lie, but what insurance company doesnt. Had to go legal route. I even paid an engineer to come out and look at the roof damage from hail and they still wouldnt admit it. # professionals that trump their local inspector and everything they told me they lied about regarding the process. Unfortunately their isnt another choice in Florida

Every year prices are raised. Not small amounts. This year over $300 after increase last year. No claims. No transparency. Send bill not telling of increase. I can't afford ceo and corporate profits on a fixed income.Jyst like Geici. Start low and then up up up for nothing.
