Never ever bank with this bank. They are absolutely terrible. Horrible customer service. No help after hours, locked cards for no reason, then charge you for a new one. Way too many steps just to step up and get basic information for your everyday baking needs. Just absolutely save yourself the headache and never come to this trash establishment calling themselves a bank.
I was having a such a terrible day and Carmen came through with her wonderful customer service. Brightened my day grateful for her help.
They did an overcharge on my account that I stated wasn’t approved, not only that the most embarrassing part was that they were calling my ex place of employment as well. I have never written a bad review in my life but boy am I frustrated with this place. Also a warning even if you say you do not want overdraft option on the account, it can still happen.
