Went in for assistance to set up auto pay. Humberto was very prompt to help us. He was patient with us throughout the process and helped us set everything up. Very grateful for his help.
I usually go to drive thru to make my payments for my accounts and for most get welcomed or a thank you after payment is processed. But today went to Branch 12 on Jackson never got a simple hello or I will be right with you. I felt like no one was going to process my payment but apparently after like 10 minute wait teller 12014 send out tube and never even a thank you.
